Updated Requirements (Please Read)
- $5 non-refundable application fee to apply. ($5 application fee does not guarantee participation)
- Vendor fees starting at $225 (8 X 10 space)
- Food Truck fee is $250
- Photos of products must be submitted with the application. NO SCREENSHOTS
- All vendors must have online web presences to participate.
- All vendors’ fees must be paid in full to reserve a table. No partial payments or payment arrangements (no exceptions)
- All businesses are subject to approval
- At this time we do not accept direct sales vendors (such as Avon, Mary Kay, etc..)
- All Things Detroit is not an affiliate of the Eastern Market
- Please read all Terms & Conditions before submitting the application.
- Vendor fees are non-refundable or transferable.
- Counterfeit, knockoff or replicas of designer products are not acceptable.
- All packed goods should adhere to Michigan Cottage Law.
- All Things Detroit application is a signed contract and must be resubmitted if submitted with errors.
- All vendors are required to promote the event on websites and social media platforms. (Flyers and posters are available upon request.)
- Vendor fees are due within 5 days of approval.

National All Things Detroit Day is more than just a one day event. It’s a community we’ve built together. It’s a mindset that supports entrepreneurial efforts and takes the concept of shopping locally seriously.
Each year we seek out more than 250 small businesses to showcase the best of Detroit and we put together a one-of-a-kind marketplace experience that appeals to all. And you have supported us all along. More than 12,000 visitors typically attend.
The Sunday before Easter is officially National All Things Detroit Day. A day to celebrate and support small businesses in Detroit.

Terms and Conditions
Please read and accept the following terms and conditions.
- Vendor fees must be paid within 5 days of approval. Invoices will be sent via PayPal.
- All vendors MUST be on time for set-up. Vendors must arrive to set up at least 45 minutes before the event starts. If vendor arrives after the event has started you will NOT be allowed to set-up and will forfeit all vendor fees.
- All vendors MUST remain set-up for the duration of the event and all garage doors must remain closed at all times. If vendor leaves or breakdowns down table before the event is over vendor will no longer be allowed to participate in future events.
- Per Eastern Market, cooking is not allowed in the sheds. Food items must be prepared.
- All packaged goods must adhere to cottage law.
- 8-foot table and 2 vendor wristbands will be provided and vendor must supply their own tablecloth, chairs and extension cords. Additional tables and racks can be used that but must fit within your assigned area.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Only ONE business per table. All vendors must be approved to participate. If you are sharing a table with an unapproved vendor you will no longer be able to participate in future events.
- All vendors are allowed to bring one person for assistance. All other guests must pay admission fee. This applies to ALL VENDORS.
- Organizer (Ask Jennyfer) is not responsible for vendor sales.
- Organizer (Ask Jennyfer) has the right to refuse any application.
- Vendor fees are non-refundable or non-transferable unless event is cancelled by organizer (Ask Jennyfer).
- Vendors fees are non-refundable due to acts of God such as, natural disaster such as flood, earthquake etc.
- Vendors that cancel without notice will no longer be allowed to participate in future events.
- Vendors are responsible for clean-up of their space.
- Vendors will be photographed during the event. All photos will be used for advertising and promotional purposes.
- Vendor layout and table locations will be sent 2 weeks before event.
- Vendors are not allowed to change/trade assigned locations with other vendors.
- Direct Sales products such as Mary Kay, Avon etc. and counterfeit, knock off, or replicas of designer products are not allowed to be sold at All Things Detroit. Vendors caught selling these products will be banned from All Things Detroit.
